Join is for a 1980’s Orgy Dance Party. We aim to recreate the feeling of those pre AIDS crisis, pre black Monday, cold war fear of MAD infused hedonism nights... The time where people lived hard and fast as it may all be blown away tomorrow. A time where anything went! Icons like boy George and Annie Lennox showed us that gender was irrelevant and legends like Bowie and Madonna cemented their legend status ... Music was diverse and exploring new equipment and production techniques, building on the vast heritage of 60s and 70s. The tunes we post will be dancefloor fillers, with a sensual edge ideally ... 70s and 80s ideally ... but globally sourced.
